OVERVIEW:
This is a beachfront property with the master bedroom facing the water.
The unit is approximately 1700 sq ft, with 2 beds and 2 1/2 baths,fully equipped kitchen. This condo is on the ground floor with a 40 foot covered, screened porch adjoining the living room and master bedroom. Favorite features of our guests include the refreshing pool, the beautiful sandy beach, the gorgeous ocean vistas, and our quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.
Outside of Retreat 25 a soft, white sand beach awaits! This beach is the only large, open water beach on the north shore that is all sand.
Enjoy stunning sunsets, morning beach walks, snorkel and swim right outside the condo. Play some tennis or work out in the gym or relax in the beautiful pool. Walk next door and enjoy fire evening dining at Rumpoint Restaurant or lunches and drinks at the Wreck Bar & Grill. Also next door is RedSail Sports center provide complete Watersports activities and water toys rentals.
Enjoy diving, Stingray tour, wave runner, sailing etc.

Cancellation – must be in writing, Cancellation made 60 days or more 100% refund; 30 days or more – 50% refund and less than 30 days NO refund. Please take out travel insurance. For Christmas and New Year, cancellations must be made for more than 60 days 100% refund; for within 60 days – 50% refund; for less than 45 days NO refund.

There is nothing but wonderful things to say about this rental. This is not just a rental for one week and then try something else next year. This place leaves you wanting to stay and wanting more. I could live in this unit for many weeks and months. It deserves the respect for the effort that has gone into this condo. The private beach is the best. I think what also makes this place so special is the other people in the other units. You meet people outside and chat on the beach if you wish or can you can remain private. I think this is a great property for anyone who will appreciate the hard work, time, and money that has been put in this home. Enjoy.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had a great relaxing vacation and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for night life this is not the place (although there was the beach bar next door and Kaibo down the road). The snorkling was amazing, and you could go 200 yards out and still be in water waist deep. Tons of colorful fish and coral! At night we walked down the rum point pier and saw a lot of stingrays… although none during the day. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We went to seven mile beach one day and it was CROWDED and we thought the Rum Point beach was nicer. It was nice to be away from all the crowds and cruise ships. We went on the bioluminesence tour which was amazing. We also took advantage of the grill and kitchen because eating out is very expensive. The grocery stores near the airport were the easiest places to shop, and only 25-30 min. drive from the condo. We stocked up after arriving and used the grocery store close to the condo for little things (it’s more expensive). All in all I would highly recommend this condo and Rum Point!
