A beautifully furnished two story condo. The first story has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area ,kitchen, powder room and screened in patio/lanai. The 2nd story has a master suite and large patio.

The first BEDROOM is decorated with Tommy Bahama style furniture that includes two twin beds. The picture window looks out onto the Rum Point Club. a “locals” beach , bar and grill. Great view and fun for people watching! The full bath completes this mini suite.

The 2nd BEDROOM is a large room decorated in rich woods and includes a queen bed. It also has a desk to place your computer, maps or pesky work you brought from home. The large sliding glass window takes up one wall and opens onto the screened in patio/lanai. the other large window view the Rum Point Club beach and a stunning night view of the pier. A full bath with two sinks completes this downstairs master suite.

The downstairs also has the LIVING ROOM that is decorated in a West Indie style. Comfortable furniture to gaze out a full wall of sliding glass windows. The slider opens up into the screened in patio/lanai that is equipped with table and chairs to entice you dine outside as you enjoy the sunsets or sunrise. Overhead fans create a gentle breeze to keep you comfortable. The dining area offers the same views as the living room with an additional window view of the gardens.

Granite counters and bar compliment a fully equipped kitchen ready for a simple snack or full meal for 8. The views from the kitchen make cooking a pleasure. Check out the shades of blue of the water from the reef to the beach!

The upper story is a master BEDROOM suite that opens up to a deck with panoramic view of ocean and beaches. At night you can see the lights of Georgetown across the water of the North Sound. A romantic four poster bed is complimented with beautiful furniture and sitting area. The deck is equipped with table and chairs for that sunset meal or cocktail hour. A full bath with double sinks and a large walk in closet complete this large, full level suite

Located adjacent to Rum Point Club and Red Sail Activity Center provides you with adventures and entertainment for your stay. The water is protected by a reef to provide swimming and gentle lapping waves on the beach, which is exclusive to condo owners/guests.

The water in front of the property is a protected National Marine Park provides spectacular snorkeling.
