On site Pool, tennis court, gym, game room, two beaches, and Rum Point Club next door. The area directly in front and to the left of the Retreat is a designated and protected marine park. The snorkeling is excellent right in front of the complex. Sunsets are often enjoyed from the private beach all year round. This quieter side of the island provides peace and tranquility. Head next door to Red Sail for motorized and non-motorized water sport options or excursions to Stingray city or scuba diving when you are ready for some action.

The Lady in the office is awesome to work with. She is very quick to respond and you never feel like you are a bother. The condo is located in the quiet community of Rum Point. The condo was spotless. The air conditioner was COLD” we loved it. It was a well laid out plan with everything you needed to make our stay feel like home. She has no each chairs, a ton of towels including really large beach towels. Washer and dryer was a addition as we washed clothes everyday. The view was amazing. Michelle was honest ahead of time about some construction that had started next door,but had been stopped. She reduced her rate to cover this issue. The snorkeling is awesome right out the front of the condo. We made a daily habit of getting our lounge chairs set up up under he palms, then snorkeling, and then go over to the Wreck Bar for our daily Pina coladas. Since the condo is only 3 miles from starfish point we went over there and enjoyed that too. The best place to eat is at Old Man’s Bay at a place called Kurt’s Corner. The meals were huge, CHEAP, and the best food we had all week. We ate there 4 times. Our bill was usually less than $20 total for the 2 of us. If you have the pleasure of staying here you will not regret it. We will be back!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had a great relaxing vacation and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for night life this is not the place (although there was the beach bar next door and Kaibo down the road). The snorkling was amazing, and you could go 200 yards out and still be in water waist deep. Tons of colorful fish and coral! At night we walked down the rum point pier and saw a lot of stingrays… although none during the day. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We went to seven mile beach one day and it was CROWDED and we thought the Rum Point beach was nicer. It was nice to be away from all the crowds and cruise ships. We went on the bioluminesence tour which was amazing. We also took advantage of the grill and kitchen because eating out is very expensive. The grocery stores near the airport were the easiest places to shop, and only 25-30 min. drive from the condo. We stocked up after arriving and used the grocery store close to the condo for little things (it’s more expensive). All in all I would highly recommend this condo and Rum Point!
