Our unit is the only one available for rent with 2 beach front bedrooms in this small, 23 unit complex.
The unit is 1767 sq ft, with 2 beds and 2 1/2 baths,full kitchen, WD and all expected amenities, including WiFi and free calls to the US. See link below to website for a slideshow.
This condo is on the ground floor with a 40 foot covered, screened porch adjoining the living room and master bedroom. Step from the porch directly onto the beach!

Cancellation – must be in writing, Cancellation made 60 days or more 100% refund; 30 days or more – 50% refund and less than 30 days NO refund. Please take out travel insurance. For Christmas and New Year, cancellations must be made for more than 60 days 100% refund; for within 60 days – 50% refund; for less than 45 days NO refund.

Great condo just steps from the beach
We loved the fact that the unit is on the first floor and it’s literally few steps away from the beach. The huge screened in lanai is great for meals or just relaxing “outside” in the shade. The Rum Point Club is next door for activities that Red Sail offers or just relax with drinks. The unit is great. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are great. AC work great too. It’s decorated very nicely too, very bright and happy. Really no complaints at all. The condo is well built as we could not hear anyone else! In general, Rum Point is very quiet unlike Seven Mile beach area. If you want a relaxing vacation with some terrific snorkeling, you can’t beat this unit. The restaurant next door is great too, so you don’t have to drive if you want a nice dinner out.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We had a great relaxing vacation and the beach was BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for night life this is not the place (although there was the beach bar next door and Kaibo down the road). The snorkling was amazing, and you could go 200 yards out and still be in water waist deep. Tons of colorful fish and coral! At night we walked down the rum point pier and saw a lot of stingrays… although none during the day. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We went to seven mile beach one day and it was CROWDED and we thought the Rum Point beach was nicer. It was nice to be away from all the crowds and cruise ships. We went on the bioluminesence tour which was amazing. We also took advantage of the grill and kitchen because eating out is very expensive. The grocery stores near the airport were the easiest places to shop, and only 25-30 min. drive from the condo. We stocked up after arriving and used the grocery store close to the condo for little things (it’s more expensive). All in all I would highly recommend this condo and Rum Point!
